about

The Tuesday Project was a 16-month challenge conducted with my friend Ray Pigott. The challenge was simple: every Tuesday, post a new piece of music. For 64 weeks from April 2014 to August 2015, Ray and I did just that, each of us loading our new composition for the week up to SoundCloud without fail every Tuesday.

Eventually the demands of the challenge overtook us and the effort ended. But in the 64 weeks when the project was active, we each generated an impressive body of work. I have cleaned up and mastered my best work from this effort, issuing them as Tuesday Project volumes 1 through 4.

Most of these pieces originated on the iPad, where I worked in GarageBand and used AudioBus to import sound from a variety of synth apps.

Volume 4 is in many ways the most interesting volume. These are the weirdest, quirkiest, most unconventional pieces.
